Overview [#overview]

The marketing suite gives you everything you need to engage customers throughout their booking journey:

* **Templates** — build reusable email and SMS messages with dynamic variables that auto-fill customer, booking, and location data.
* **Workflows** — connect triggers (like "Booking Created" or "Booking Cancelled") to automated actions such as sending emails, updating booking status, or firing webhooks.
* **Booking Reminders** — send automated reminder emails before a booking starts to reduce no-shows.
* **Abandoned Cart Recovery** — automatically re-engage customers who started checkout but didn't finish.
* **Surveys** — collect post-experience feedback automatically after bookings complete, and steer happy customers toward review sites like Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.

Communication Log [#communication-log]

Every email and SMS sent through templates, workflows, or survey emails is recorded in a centralized communication log. You can view the log from:

* **Customer profile** — see all messages sent to a specific customer
* **Booking detail** — see messages related to a particular booking
* **Dashboard > Marketing > Communication Log** — search across all sent communications

Each log entry records the channel (email or SMS), the recipient, the template or survey name, and the timestamp.

Daily Summary Email [#daily-summary-email]

Operators can receive a daily summary email that recaps the day's bookings, revenue, and key activity. This is configured at the location level and sent automatically each morning.
