# Waivers & Digital Agreements (/how-to/waivers)



Waivers in Resytech let you build fully digital liability agreements, release forms, and consent documents that customers sign before (or on the day of) their booking. Every signed waiver is converted into a tamper-evident PDF, digitally signed, and stored securely in the cloud. The system captures a full audit trail -- signer identity, IP address, browser fingerprint, timestamps, and field-level interaction events -- so you have a legally defensible record of each signature.

Waivers are standalone documents tied to your location. Customers access them via a unique URL, optionally look up their reservation, fill out the form, and submit. You can require a booking, restrict signing to the booking date, automatically email a copy to the customer, and even create new customer records from signers.
