Memberships

Configure Membership Benefits

Add the discounts a membership plan grants — percentage off, amount off, or a flat price — with optional day and usage limits.

Benefits are what make a membership worth buying. Each benefit grants discounted pricing on activities, and you can add several to a single plan. For the concepts behind them, see Membership Benefits.

Before you begin

  • You need a membership plan to add benefits to. See Create a Membership Plan.
  • Decide which activities the discount should apply to and how it's calculated.

Steps

  1. Open the plan in Resources → Memberships.
  2. In the Benefits section, click to add a benefit.
  3. Choose the discount type and enter its value:
    • Percentage off — a percentage (0–100).
    • Amount off — a fixed amount.
    • Flat member price — the price members pay.
  4. Choose which activities it applies to: leave the target empty for all activities, or select specific ones.
  5. (Optional) Restrict the benefit to certain days of the week.
  6. (Optional) Set a monthly and/or yearly usage cap. Leave blank for unlimited.
  7. Add more benefits if needed (e.g., a separate weekend rate), then Save the plan.

Field reference

FieldRequiredDescription
Discount typeYesPercentage off, amount off, or flat member price.
ValueYesThe percentage, amount, or flat price.
ActivitiesNoSpecific activities, or all activities if left empty.
Days of weekNoLimit the benefit to selected days; any day if left unrestricted.
Monthly limitNoMax redemptions per calendar month. Unlimited if blank.
Yearly limitNoMax redemptions per calendar year. Unlimited if blank.

Tips

  • Use multiple benefits for tiered offers. Pair a weekday discount with a smaller weekend one, or a deep discount on your signature activity with a flat rate elsewhere.
  • Caps stack. Setting both a monthly and a yearly limit applies both — for example, 3 per month up to 30 per year.
  • Benefits are snapshotted at purchase. Changing a plan's benefits affects future buyers only; existing members keep what they bought.
