Installing the App
How to install the Resytech app from the App Store or Google Play.
Resytech is a native app on iPhone, iPad, and Android. Download it from your device's app store and sign in with the same account you use on the dashboard.
Install from the Dashboard
If you are already signed in on your phone, the dashboard will hand you the right store link:
- Log in to the Resytech Dashboard on your mobile device
- Open the menu (hamburger icon)
- Tap Install App in the menu footer
- Tap the App Store or Google Play badge on the Get the App page
You may also see a Get the Resytech App prompt shortly after signing in on a phone. Tapping Install App takes you to the same page. Dismissing it with Not now hides it for a week.
iPhone & iPad (iOS)
- Open the App Store and search for Resytech, or use the badge above
- Tap Get and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Account password
- Open the app and sign in with your dashboard email and password
On devices with Face ID or Touch ID enrolled, your session is stored behind biometrics. After the first sign-in, opening the app prompts for Face ID or Touch ID instead of your password, and the session lasts 30 days.
If you would rather not confirm on every launch, open My Profile > Security inside the app and turn off Require Face ID to unlock. The setting is per device. With it off, anyone who can unlock your phone can open Resytech, so keep it on for a shared device.
Android
- Open the Play Store and search for Resytech, or use the badge above
- Tap Install
- Open the app and sign in with your dashboard email and password
Desktop
There is no desktop app. Use the dashboard in Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox at your normal dashboard address. Everything works the same there, and the app exists so you get booking alerts while you are away from your desk.
Moving from the old home-screen app
Earlier versions of Resytech were installed straight from the browser as a Progressive Web App (PWA) using Add to Home Screen. That install has been retired and replaced by the native app.
If you still have the old icon on your home screen, opening it now shows a This installed app has been retired notice with a link to the store. Install the native app, sign in, then delete the old icon:

On desktop the retirement notice offers an Open in browser button. Sign in there, then uninstall the old app from your computer.
Verifying Installation
Once installed, the app should:
- Launch from your home screen or app drawer with the Resytech icon
- Open full screen with no browser address bar
- Keep you signed in between visits
Opening the Get the App page from inside the app shows a You're using the app confirmation instead of the store badges.
Uninstalling

Uninstalling removes the stored session from the device. You can keep using the dashboard in a browser at any time.
