User Profile

Manage your personal profile, security settings, and notification preferences.

Every team member has a personal profile page where they can update their information, change their password, and configure how they receive notifications. Access your profile from Dashboard > Profile (or click your name in the top navigation).

Profile Information

The profile section displays your account details and lets you update your personal information.

Account Overview

At the top of the profile page you will see a summary card showing:

  • Name and initials avatar
  • Email address
  • Account status (Active or Inactive)
  • Role badges -- Administrator and Root User badges display when applicable

Editable Fields

Phone NumberOptional. Required for SMS notifications. Include your country code (e.g., +1 555 123 4567)

After making changes, click Save Changes to update your profile. The save button only becomes active when you have unsaved edits. If you navigate away with unsaved changes, a confirmation prompt will ask whether you want to discard them.

Security

The security section lets you change your account password.

Changing Your Password

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Profile > Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters)
  5. Confirm the new password
  6. Click Change Password to save

A password strength indicator provides real-time feedback as you type. For a strong password:

  • Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include numbers and special characters
  • Avoid using personal information
  • Do not reuse passwords from other accounts

After a successful password change, you will be signed out and need to log in again with your new password.

Notification Preferences

Control how you receive notifications for different event types. Navigate to Dashboard > Profile > Notifications to configure your preferences.

Notification Channels

Each notification type can be delivered through up to three channels:

Managing Preferences

The notification preferences page lists all available event types with a description of each. For every event type you can independently enable or disable email and SMS delivery using the toggle switches.

After adjusting your preferences, click Save Preferences to apply the changes.
