Pages and menu
The standard pages on your website, adding pages of your own, and arranging your menu.
Standard pages
| Page | Address | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Home | / | Always on. |
| Activities | /activities | All your published activities. |
| Activity pages | /activities/your-activity | One per published activity, created and removed automatically. They share one layout, which you edit once. |
| About | /about | Starts with a short placeholder. Replace it with your story. |
| FAQ | /faq | Your questions, plus your cancellation policies. |
| Gallery | /gallery | Off until you turn it on. |
| Contact | /contact | Contact details and a contact form. |
Turn About, FAQ, Gallery and Contact on or off in Template settings > Pages.
Activity page addresses
Each activity page gets its address from the activity's name the first time you publish, for example /activities/sunset-kayak-tour. The address then stays the same even if you rename the activity, so links and search results keep working.
Your own pages
Add up to 10 pages of your own, for example "Private charters" or "Group bookings".
- In Template settings, open Menu and your pages and click Add a page.
- Give it a Page title and an Address (lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, such as
private-charters). The address can't be one your website already uses, likeactivitiesorabout. - The new page starts with a heading and a paragraph. Switch to Customize layout to add sections to it.
- Untick Published with the site to keep a page off your live website while you work on it.
Delete a page with Delete page. Undo brings it back while you are still in the editor, and the live website keeps it until you publish.
The menu
Menu and your pages lists your pages in menu order. Use the up and down arrows to reorder them, and Show in menu to hide a page from the menu while keeping it reachable by its address. Activity pages are never in the menu; guests reach them from the Activities page and your home page.
