Guides for managing your customer database, tracking leads, viewing booking history, and using CRM tools in Resytech.
The Customers & CRM section of Resytech gives you a centralized view of everyone who interacts with your business. Customers are people who have completed at least one booking. Contacts (also called leads) are people who have submitted a contact form or subscribe form on your website but have not yet made a purchase. Together, these two records form your CRM pipeline.
The CRM dashboard (found at CRM in the sidebar) shows high-level metrics -- total customers, total leads, contacts this month, active customers -- along with recent activity lists and quick-action shortcuts.
