Overview
The marketing suite gives you everything you need to engage customers throughout their booking journey:
- Templates — build reusable email and SMS messages with dynamic variables that auto-fill customer, booking, and location data.
- Workflows — connect triggers (like "Booking Created" or "Booking Cancelled") to automated actions such as sending emails, updating booking status, or firing webhooks.
- Abandoned Cart Recovery — automatically re-engage customers who started checkout but didn't finish.
- Surveys — collect post-experience feedback and steer happy customers toward review sites like Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.
Communication Log
Every email and SMS sent through templates, workflows, or survey emails is recorded in a centralized communication log. You can view the log from:
- Customer profile — see all messages sent to a specific customer
- Booking detail — see messages related to a particular booking
- Dashboard > Marketing > Communication Log — search across all sent communications
Each log entry records the channel (email or SMS), the recipient, the template or survey name, and the timestamp.
Daily Summary Email
Operators can receive a daily summary email that recaps the day's bookings, revenue, and key activity. This is configured at the location level and sent automatically each morning.
