Memberships

Sell membership plans that give customers ongoing discounts on your activities — a recurring revenue stream and a reason for guests to come back.

Memberships let you package your activities into paid plans that customers buy once and benefit from over time. A member gets discounted pricing on the activities you choose, for as long as their membership is valid — giving you a predictable revenue stream and a strong reason for guests to return.

You'll find Memberships under Resources → Memberships in the dashboard.

How it works

A membership has three moving parts:

  1. The plan — what the customer buys: a name, a price, and how long it lasts. See Membership Plans.
  2. The benefits — what the membership gives them: discounted pricing on specific activities, optionally limited by day of week or number of uses. See Membership Benefits.
  3. The purchase — the customer buys the plan at checkout, receives a membership number, and gets a receipt by email. See Buying a Membership.

You build a plan once, add one or more benefits to it, and enable it. From then on, customers can purchase it and enjoy member pricing.

Example

A paddleboard rental shop creates a "Season Pass" plan for $199, valid for 365 days. It carries one benefit: 20% off all activities. A regular customer buys the pass, gets their membership number and receipt, and saves 20% on every rental for the next year.

A second shop runs a "Weekday Club" for $49 that only discounts Monday–Friday bookings, capped at 4 uses per month — perfect for filling otherwise-quiet weekday slots.

What you can build

  • Flexible pricing — percentage off, a fixed amount off, or a flat member price.
  • Targeted benefits — apply discounts to every activity or only the ones you choose.
  • Time and usage rules — restrict benefits to certain days of the week and cap how often they're used per month or year.
  • Two validity models — a rolling duration that starts when each customer buys, or a fixed seasonal window shared by all buyers.

Permissions

Memberships live under the Resources area of the dashboard. Team members with Resources access can create and manage plans; see Configure Roles and Permissions.
