Adding Locations

Set up and configure locations for your business in Resytech.

Resytech supports single and multi-location businesses. Each location can have its own pricing, scheduling, fees, facilitators, and checkout configuration.

Creating a Location

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Locations
  2. Click Add Location
  3. Fill in the location details:
    • Name — a display name for this location
    • Address — the physical address (used for maps and customer directions)
    • Timezone — critical for correct scheduling and availability display
    • Contact details — phone, email for this specific location

Location Settings

Each location has its own set of configurable options:

Operating Hours

Define when this location is open for business. Operating hours determine when customers can book activities and when time slots are available.

Blackout Dates

Block specific dates when the location is closed (holidays, maintenance, private events). Customers won't be able to book on blackout dates.

Taxes & Fees

Configure location-specific taxes and fees that automatically apply to bookings at this location. See Taxes & Fees for details.

Facilitators

Assign team members as facilitators (guides, instructors) at this location. Facilitators can be scheduled per activity.

Switching Between Locations

If you manage multiple locations, use the location switcher in the top navigation bar to switch context. All dashboard views (calendar, bookings, reports) will filter to the selected location.

Daily Summary Emails

Each location can be configured to send daily summary emails to managers with an overview of upcoming bookings and key metrics.
