Checkout Setup

Configure and customize your public-facing booking checkout experience.

The checkout is the customer-facing booking experience that lives on your website. Resytech offers multiple layouts and extensive customization options.

Checkout Layouts

Choose from several pre-built layouts to match your brand:

  • Modern Grid — a clean, card-based layout ideal for businesses with multiple activities
  • Minimal Cards — a streamlined, focused layout for simpler offerings
  • Magazine — a visually rich layout with large images and detailed descriptions

You can switch layouts at any time from Dashboard > Checkout > Settings.

Branding

Customize the look and feel to match your brand:

  • Colors — primary and accent colors used throughout the checkout
  • Logo — displayed in the checkout header
  • Fonts — choose from available font families

Checkout Fields

Collect the information you need from customers during booking:

  • Standard fields (name, email, phone) are always included
  • Add custom fields for activity-specific data (age, weight, experience level, dietary restrictions, etc.)
  • Mark fields as required or optional

Policies

Configure the policies displayed during checkout:

  • Cancellation policy
  • Refund policy
  • Terms of service

Embedding on Your Website

Resytech provides an embed code you can add to any page on your website. The checkout will load in an iframe or as a redirect, depending on your preference.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Checkout > Embed
  2. Copy the embed code
  3. Paste it into your website's HTML where you want the booking widget to appear

Mobile Experience

The checkout is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. No additional configuration is needed — customers booking from phones or tablets will get an optimized experience automatically.
