Go Live

Final checklist before launching your Resytech booking page to customers.

You've set up your company profile, location, activities, and checkout. Before you start sending customers to your booking page, run through this checklist to make sure everything is ready.

Pre-Launch Checklist

Account & Location

  • Company name, logo, and contact details are correct (Company Settings > General and Logos & Branding)
  • Timezone and currency are set properly
  • Location address is accurate — customers may use this for directions (Location > General)
  • Operating hours reflect your actual business hours
  • Any upcoming closures are added as location blackout dates (Location > Operations Blackout)

Activities & Equipment

  • Each activity has the correct type, schedule, and duration options
  • Pricing is accurate for all duration options and demographics
  • Equipment is created under Resources > Equipment and assigned to the right activities with correct quantities
  • Capacity / guest limits are set appropriately on the Manifest tab
  • Activities that are ready are set to Published on the General tab
  • Activities that aren't ready yet are left Unpublished

Payments

  • Stripe is connected (Company Settings > Stripe Integration)
  • Test a booking with a real payment to confirm the flow works end-to-end
  • Down payment settings are configured if you collect deposits (per-activity Payment tab)
  • Taxes and fees are set up (Resources > Taxes & Fees)

Checkout Experience

  • Checkout layout and branding match your website (Location > Checkout > Theme & Appearance)
  • Activity and equipment ordering looks right (Location > Checkout > Custom Ordering)
  • Walk through the full booking flow as a customer — from browsing to confirmation email
  • Check the experience on a mobile device

Communication

  • Confirmation email content is set up on each activity's Communication tab (what to bring, arrival time, meeting location)
  • Digital waivers are configured if your business requires them (Resources > Waivers) — see Digital Waivers

Embed on Your Website

Once everything checks out, add your booking page to your website. Resytech provides embed code and direct links you can use:

  • Embed widget — paste a code snippet into your website HTML to show the booking flow inline
  • Direct link — send customers directly to your hosted checkout page
