Manage Booking Tags

How to add and remove tags on a booking to categorize it and control automated behavior like reminders and surveys.

Tags let you label bookings for categorization and to control automated features. For example, you can tag a booking to prevent survey or reminder emails from being sent, or mark it as a birthday or corporate event.

Adding or removing tags

  1. Go to Bookings and open the booking you want to tag.
  2. Click the Miscellaneous tab.
  3. Find the Tags section. All available tags are displayed as pills.
    • Blue pills with a check icon are currently active on the booking.
    • Gray pills are available but not active.
  4. Click any tag to toggle it:
    • Click a gray tag to add it to the booking.
    • Click a blue tag to remove it from the booking.
  5. Each click saves immediately — there is no separate save button.

You can toggle multiple tags in sequence. Each tag saves independently.

Disabling surveys for a booking

If you don't want a booking to receive a post-booking survey email:

  1. Open the booking and go to the Miscellaneous tab.
  2. In the Tags section, click Disable Survey to activate it.

The tag takes effect immediately. Any scheduled survey jobs for this booking will be skipped. To re-enable surveys, click the tag again to remove it.

Disabling reminders for a booking

If you don't want a booking to receive reminder emails:

  1. Open the booking and go to the Miscellaneous tab.
  2. In the Tags section, click Disable Reminder to activate it.

Scheduled reminder jobs for this booking will be skipped. Remove the tag to re-enable reminders.

Understanding the available tags

Tips

  • Use Disable Survey and Disable Reminder for test or internal bookings. This prevents unnecessary emails and keeps your survey response data clean.
  • Tags are saved instantly. Each toggle immediately updates the booking — you don't need to click a save button.
  • Hover over a tag to see its description. The tooltip explains what the tag does if you're not sure.
  • Tags appear in the tag list regardless of whether they're active. You always see the full set of available tags, so nothing is hidden.
