Incidents
Guides for documenting operational events — creating incidents, linking records, adding notes and attachments, attaching waivers, and closing them out.
The Incidents app is where your team documents collisions, injuries, equipment damage, and near-misses as case files. These guides walk through the day-to-day tasks. For background on how incidents work, see the Incidents overview.
Guides
Create an Incident
Open a new incident with a title, the time it occurred, and an optional booking link.
Link Records to an Incident
Connect the booking, customer, equipment units, and guests involved.
Add Notes and Attachments
Keep a running notes log and upload photos, forms, and supporting documents.
Attach Waivers to an Incident
Send a new incident waiver or attach a waiver already signed for the booking.
Close or Reopen an Incident
Mark an incident resolved, or reopen it if there's more to do.
Mark an Equipment Instance Out of Service
Toggle a specific physical unit off so it stops counting toward bookable availability — for repairs, damage, missing units, anything that takes a unit offline temporarily.
Create an Incident
Open a new incident to start documenting a collision, injury, equipment damage, or near-miss.
