Resytech includes a full marketing and automation toolkit that lets you send branded emails and SMS messages to customers, trigger automated communications from booking events, recover revenue from abandoned carts, and keep a complete audit trail of every message sent.

Communication templates use a variable system -- you write {{customer.name}} or {{booking.confirmationCode}} and Resytech replaces them with real data at send time. Templates can be sent manually, attached to workflows, or triggered automatically by events like a new booking or cancellation.
